Get Anyone To Do What You Want Them To Do!

It is tempting to find out how to get anyone do what you want them to do? For example, get your boss to give you a raise? Get a promotion? Close sales more easily? Maintain the satisfaction of the people under your management? There are countless of things you can do if you have the power to control other people just by interacting with them.

Some of you skeptics out there may think that such an occurrence is impossible. But in truth, it is happening in their life because whenever they do something instructed by someone, they are doing what their instructor wants. Make sense?

Most of us ignore such powerful events that occur in our lives many times a day. Why do that? Why not learn and master this knowledge, this skill to overall better your life. To make things go the way you want it in your life

In this article, the knowledge of such a powerful skill will be disclosed.

This skill is known as Conversational/Covert hypnosis. Conversational/Covert hypnosis is the narrowing of one's focus and bypassing the critical factor, however, it's done with the subject's eyes open and fully conscious but without his or her knowledge. It's essentially creating change in a person in a completely unconscious way!

This is done through several linguistic and nonverbal techniques and requires several steps to be effectively implemented.

Imagine what you can do which such a powerful skill. Wouldn't it be nice to have everything your way from now on? That is possible as long as you learn how to apply conversational/covert hypnosis in your interactions with other people.

All of this can be done in 4 steps:

1. Get person's attention and hold it. This is obviously essential as you'll need their attention to guide them in acceptable and open state of mind.

2. Establish rapport. Rapport is basically defined as increased unconscious responsiveness. In essence, it's that wonderful feeling of connection you sometimes feel when you're having a great conversation with someone you like.

3. Induce trance. This is the part where you use specific language to get a person in an acceptable frame of mind very similar to a hypnotic trance, but with eyes open and with full consciousness. Note that sometimes we go into such states automatically -- for example, when an authority figure (expert) teaches us something new. Very rarely do people question things critically. They just accept new facts as truth! Same thing with news -- most people don't watch news critically, but simply accept what is said as true.

4. Present your suggestions. This is where you start feeding their subconscious mind with suggestions you want to stick. Many techniques of conversational hypnosis are developed to present suggestions in such a way that they're not analyzed or even noticed by the conscious mind. Essentially, you don't always really have to induce a trance in a person, but it helps.

There are of course many tricks to approach each of the steps above. For example, getting and maintaining attention, what can you do to get someone's attention and maintain that attention he or she is giving you? There are many ways to go about this. You could do something stupid in front of someone you want attention from and maintaining the attention by apologizing. You could just make an eye contact and smile. When you get a smile back, you should just walk up to say hello and ask for directions or advices or start a conversation.

There are just vast among of tricks and method out there to get and maintain other people's attention. It goes the same for other steps that were discussed earlier like how to establish a rapport with the person, how to induced trance and how to present your suggestions.

Keep in mind though that there's something you need to know about presenting your suggestions in conversational/covert hypnosis. That is what ever you want them to do, make sure it doesn't conflict with their ethical codes. Meaning, to do something that is against their religion or ethics. Because then Conversation/Covert hypnosis will be limited and not work.
